The scope is group-wide. You will work across all of our countries with group functions and country leadership, including our local finance colleagues abroad rather than on a single market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Data, Sales and Operations, providing actionable insight that shapes business strategy, and you will keep developing our AI native FP&A platform (DriveTrain) and Power BI reporting together with internal departments and our external BI partner.

We operate as one finance team: FP&A, Control and Accounting work from shared systems, standards and cycles rather than in separate silos. Your work connects directly to the actuals, which gives you exposure well beyond a pure planning role and a strong central team to learn from.

It also means we are serious about how finance work gets done. We are building an AI-supported finance function agents that reconcile AR, automate recurring checks and take the repetitive work out of the close and out of reporting. You will help identify what to automate next, support testing and validation, and spend the time it frees up where it matters: on the analysis and the recommendation.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is genuinely good with numbers and equally comfortable with people. You are curious, you ask why a number moved before anyone has to ask you, and you are a self-starter who does not need the work handed to you.

You are pragmatic about the work itself. In a scale-up finance team, some of it is not glamorous data that needs cleaning, a process that needs fixing, a source that does not reconcile.
